2. Use License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Access and use the Services for your internal business purposes
• Access and use any content, information, and related materials that may be made available through the Services

This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the Services, or any derivative use of the Services or its contents.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malware
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers

4. User Accounts

5.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will charge your payment method on file for the renewal.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Envirobase and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any data, content, or materials you upload to the Services ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your User Content solely to provide the Services to you.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all User Content and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights.

8. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time with reasonable notice.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Envirobase and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. All provisions that should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Severability
